Breakfast And Brunch - Sticky Monkey Brains
This gooey cinnamon pull apart recipe will impress everyone in your family! It is an easy (and I mean EASY), fast, and tasty modification of my boyfriend's grandmother's monkey brain recipe. I use 6 small Bundt pans instead of one big one so the cinnamon balls are more gooey :) Fun to make and even more fun to eat!

Desserts - Peanut Blossoms Ii
I make these every year for our annual cookie open house. We make about 15 to 20 different kinds of cookies and have a 4 hour open house with friends. We then prepare cookie trays to take to shut ins and freeze the rest to enjoy all year long. My husband helps with this four day project! He's retired ... and I'm partially retired. It has been a long standing tradition that we enjoy every year!

Fruits And Vegetables - Stinging Nettle Soup
This is a dense and delicious dark green nettle soup. Make it when nettles show up at the farmers markets in the Spring. Be sure to wear gloves when handling the nettles or they'll sting ya!

Salad - Tracys Tomato Artichoke Rice Salad
This is a great cold salad dish with little preparation time. It has a Greek flair to it and is delicious. I always come home with an empty dish. The key to it is using fresh tomatoes if you have them. Hope you enjoy it as much as we have.

Herbs And Spices - Cinnamon Rolls Ii 2
I make these the night before and bake them in the morning. My family and friends can't stay out of them. They are very moist and decadently rich.
